In an eagerly anticipated Peter Mulholland Cup Qualifying Final, Endeavour Sports showcased their skilfulness with a comprehensive 52-6 victory over Holy Cross.
The opening ten minutes was an exhibition of intense physicality and strong starts from both sides.
Endeavour broke the deadlock with a well-executed play as Lewis Sargent-Wilson delivered a perfectly placed kick, allowing Kaden Garner to score the first try.
This opening score set the stage for Endeavour’s near flawless first half performance, as they dominated proceedings to establish a commanding 30-0 lead by halftime.

The second half saw a more balanced contest with Holy Cross displaying resilience and determination, keeping the game tightly contested for extended periods.
However, Endeavour’s class shone through once again with a series of late tries that sealed their dominant victory.
Holy Cross, despite being under strength, played with commendable spirit and represented their school with pride. Their effort and sportsmanship were evident throughout the match.
For Endeavour, standout performances included Kaden Garner’s hat-trick of tries and a memorable try by Year 10 student Cruz Parkin, who marked his debut in the Black Jumper.
Endeavour’s victory propels them forward in the Peter Mulholland Cup to the Grand Final Qualifier in two weeks time.
