Panthers 2021 Elite Squads

The Panthers have announced the following information:
The Panthers are in a position to provide an update on the NSWRL Major Competitions for the 2021 season. Panthers 2021 Development, Junior Representative and Jersey Flegg.
It is important to note that Panthers have not received any written confirmation, nor has there been any public statement made by the NSWRL, in regards to the following information.
In the current climate, the Panthers have completed their plan for the 2021 competition after discussions with the NSWRL on a likely scenario should confirmation be received about the proposed competitions.
Note: This scenario may be subject to change by the NSWRL.
Due to the impact of COVID-19, the Panthers will not be in a position to enter teams in the Andrew Johns, Laurie Daley and Tarsha Gale competitions in 2021.
Unfortunately, the Panthers are not in a position to co-ordinate our Under 13’s CUBS Program in 2021. It is the Panthers hope that we are in a position to review these programs at a later date.
The NSWRL Major Competitions that Panthers will be participating in are listed below:
Harold Matthews – Under 17
SG Ball-Under – 19
Jersey Flegg – Under 21
The format of each competition has not yet been confirmed by the NSWRL, however, the Panthers have based their planning around the 2020 competition.
In regards to our Under 14’s and Under 15’s Development Programs, the Panthers are not in a position to co-ordinate a Summer Program. However, it is our intention to co-ordinate training sessions throughout the October 2020 and January 2021 School holiday periods.
Any updated information regarding selections and programs will be published as soon as they come to hand.
