Harold Matthews Cup

Once again the NSWRL Harold Matthews Cup was a close round with the exception of the Bulldogs v Rabbitoh’s game at Belmore Sports Ground. The Bulldogs ran in 11 tries in a very one sided match to put the scare in all Matty cup sides winning 52 – nil.

The Sydney Roosters were to good for an improved Western Suburbs Magpies, Manly bit the Tigers at Leichhardt winning 4 – 22.

North Sydney shocked the Steelers taking the rd 2 points to the tune of 18 – 10, well done the Bears.
Parramatta fought hard to fight off a fast attacking Sharks side out at Ringrose Park winning 14 – 12.

The Panthers constantly put out good footy team showing the Central Coast Rooster a clean pair of heaps easily winning 28 – 4 at Panthers Stadium.

The Canberra Raiders continue with their good form beating the St. George Dragons 20 – 8 at home
