Sea Eagles out to chase more Junior Reps glory
Manly Warringah Sea Eagles will begin their Harold Matthews Cup title defence in Canberra on Saturday, February 5.
The Sea Eagles will head to the ACT for the opening round following today’s release of the NSWRL Junior Representative draws for the Harold Matthews (U17s) and SG Ball Cup (Under 19s) competitions.
Fifteen teams will compete in the Harold Matthews and SG Ball Cup competitions with the top six teams moving through to the finals series which will be played over three weeks.
The Sea Eagles head into the Harold Matthews Cup as reigning premiers following an historic undefeated season in 2021.

It was Manly’s second Harold Matthews Cup title after claiming their first in 2018.
Manly’s SG Ball side will be looking to go one better in 2022 after falling short of a Grand Final berth in the elimination semi-finals.
The Sea Eagles are again expected to field very competitive teams in the Harold Matthews and SG Ball competitions.
Alex Moore (Harold Matthews) and Brett Fulton (SG Ball) are Manly’s junior representative head coaches.
Manly has been allocated four home games in the Harold Matthews and SG Ball Cup competitions.
The venues/times for the round three and seven home games are to be advised.
