
Bulldogs to host Roosters in revamped Womens Premiership opener

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Women’s side will open the revamped 2020 Harvey Norman Womens Premiership competition this Saturday, when they host the Central Coast Roosters at Terry Lamb Reserve from 4:30PM AEST.
Head Coach Lisa Fiaola has named NRLW Women’s Indigenous All Star halfback Quincy Dodd to make her club debut, pairing with former St Marys Saints captain Emily Rains in the halves.
The side will also feature GWS Giants midfielder Haneen Zreika at fullback, who was a part of Canterbury-Bankstown’s Tarsha Gale Cup campaign which finished runners up in 2017.
2019 Bulldogs Womens Player of the Year Mahinarangi Rewi will look to continue her form at hooker, with 2019 Women’s Prime Minister’s XIII front rower Samantha Economos to provide grunt up the middle.
