Trials at The Kingsway Rugby League Fields, St Marys – 9:30 AM -3:00 PM

Please note the closing dates for nominations – CIS will NOT accept late nominations.

All nominations MUST be made by schools and parents must fill in remainder of information on the link sent via email after the nomination has been completed – by the closing date for nominations for the relevant team.

Trials and Nominations

* Primary (Year 5&6 Boys) – Monday May 9 – Nominations Close Monday May 2

* 18s Boys Phase 1 –Wednesday May 11 – Nominations Close Wednesday May 4 – see below regarding exemptions

* 15s Boys Phase 1 – Wednesday May 18 – Nominations Close Wednesday May 11 – see below regarding exemptions

* 16s Girls Wednesday August 10 – Nominations Close Wednesday August 3 – (15&16 year old girls ONLY – U/14 and 17+ are ineligible.

* 15s and 18s Boys Phase 2 Trial and Training Camp – Saturday (evening)-Monday (evening) May 28-30

* Exemptions for 18s and 15s

IMPORTANT NOTE

18s – any player involved in Harold Matthews or SG Ball competition may apply for exemption from Phase 1 trial and if successful, will go straight to camp/Phase 2 trial.

For 15s, players involved in 15s Development Squads may also apply for exemption and if successful, will go straight to camp. In BOTH cases,

It is an application that must be made by the school, not the individual student and every application will be assessed by CIS Convenor’s in consultation with Junior Rep Clubs – and schools will be notified.

Players must still be nominated by schools PRIOR to closing dates and exemption applications must be submitted to CIS by the closing date as well.

Trial Matches

* 15s – Monday night of Camp May 30 vs Manly – Narrabeen
* 18s – June Long Weekend vs Parramatta – date TBC
* Primary Training Day – Sunday May 29 – Narrabeen – 10am-2pm

Championships

* NSW PSSA State Championships – Tuesday June 21-Thursday June 23 (go into camp Monday June 20) – Kiama Showground/Chittick Oval
* ASSRL 15s and 18s Combined National Championships – July 2-July 8 – Redcliffe, Brisbane (fly up Thursday June 30)
* NSW 16s Girls State Championships – Friday October 21 (in camp from Wednesday October 19) – venue TBC
