Get to know your 2026 GIO NSW Under 19s Men

The GIO NSW Under 19s Men will be looking to reclaim the Under 19s Men State of Origin Shield after suffering a one-point defeat to Queensland in 2025.

NSW will take the field at North Sydney Oval tonight looking for a better result in front of their hometown fans.

Coached by True Blue Josh Jackson, get to know your Men’s Squad below:

1. Toby Winter

Club: Newcastle Knights. Position: Fullback.

Winter is a Newcastle junior who has long been regarded as one of the club’s brightest young prospects.

An Australian Schoolboys representative, he impressed during the pre-season before securing a long-term contract extension with the Knights through to 2029.

His rapid rise this year has included an UNE SG Ball Cup Grand Final appearance and a NSW Cup debut. His skill, dynamic versatility, and pace make him an important attacking threat.

2. Jope Rauqe

Club: Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs. Position: Wing.

Rauqe is a towering outside back who has already gained international recognition after being called into the Fiji Bati national squad during last year’s Pacific Championships.

At 191cm, Rauqe is a strong aerial threat and difficult to contain with the ball in hand.

With 23 tries to his name and multiple hat-tricks in his debut Jersey Flegg Cup season in 2025, another big year is on the cards for the 19-year-old.

3. Dayne Jennings

Club: South Sydney Rabbitohs. Position: Centre.

Jennings has emerged as one of South Sydney’s most exciting young outside backs.

An attacking threat with a handy kicking game, he was instrumental during the Rabbitohs’ run to the UNE SG Ball Cup preliminary finals.

His development has already attracted the attention of Wayne Bennett having been named in the Rabbitohs’ NRL squad in Round 15, while he continues to shine in the Jersey Flegg Cup.

4. Marcellus Iakopo

Club: Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs. Position: Centre.

Iakopo is a powerful outside back who has impressed throughout his development.

After progressing through the Penrith Panthers pathways system, he joined the Bulldogs academy and quickly established himself as a key member of their UNE SG Ball Cup side.

His form earned him a promotion into the Jersey Flegg Cup, where he currently features in the centres and is known for his hard running and tackle-breaking ability.

5. Archie Mesritz

Club: North Queensland Cowboys. Position: Wing.

Mesritz only made the switch to full-time Rugby League this year after an outstanding schoolboy Rugby career.

The former Nudgee College vice-captain helped guide his side to an undefeated First XV premiership before playing a major role in the Townsville Blackhawks’ Mal Meninga Cup title-winning campaign.

With genuine speed, he is one of the most dangerous outside backs in the squad and his explosive plays are a key feature of his game.

6. Onitoni Large

Club: Manly Warringah Sea Eagles. Position: Five-Eighth.

Large has rapidly progressed through the Sea Eagles system after joining the club from the Wests Tigers.

The talented five-eighth earned a place in Manly’s top 30 squad in 2026 and has already gained valuable experience at The Knock-On Effect NSW Cup level.

Combining with Joey Walsh in the halves during their 33-18 victory against Warriors in the NRL Pre-Season Challenge, the future is bright at the Sea Eagles as he develops alongside younger brother Ashton.

7. Carter Mareko

Club: Sydney Roosters. Position: Halfback.

Mareko is a naturally talented playmaker possessing a sharp running game, creative passing, and an intelligent kicking game.

A key figure in the Roosters UNE SG Ball premiership-winning season, he was named Player of the Series before earning selection for NSW City where he also claimed Player of the Match honours after steering the side to a 66-0 win against NSW Country.

The lethal combination of Mareko and Onitoni Large will be one to watch.

8. Ryda Talagi

Club: Parramatta Eels. Position: Prop.

The younger brother of Panthers playmaker Blaize Talagi, Ryda has established himself as a powerful front-row prospect.

Ryda is a damaging forward who utilises his size and power to eat metres through the middle. He is also praised for his strong leadership in defence and has quickly risen through the Eels system.

An Australian Schoolboys Representative, Talagi bypassed extended Junior Representatives duties and has already made the jump into Jersey Flegg Cup and The Knock-On Effect NSW Cup.

9. Diesel Hagan

Club: Newcastle Knights. Position: Hooker.

An explosive and highly touted dummy-half and one of the co-captains of the GIO NSW Under 19s Men’s team.

Hagan has become one of the standout young players in the Newcastle Knights system.

The Upper Hunter region junior played a key role in the Knights charge to the UNE SG Ball Cup Grand Final, and has earned a rapid promotion to the The Knock-On Effect NSW Cup side as he continues to shine in the biggest season of his young career.

Rugby League runs in the family, with father Ben Hagan coaching the Knights’ NSW Women’s Premiership side.

10. Christian Taupau-Moors

Club: Wests Tigers. Position: Prop.

Taupau-Moors has emerged as one of the most promising young forwards in the Wests Tigers system.

The nephew of former Tigers forward Junior Moors, he is known for his powerful carries and ability to generate momentum through the middle.

His development has been recognised as a centrepiece for Benji Marshall’s long-term roster rebuild with the club locking him in to 2028 after making his The Knock-On Effect NSW Cup debut last season.

11. Christopher Petrus

Club: Parramatta Eels. Position: Second Row.

A physically imposing second-rower who hits the line with power and determination.

Recruited into Parramatta Eels development system in 2025,

Petrus has shifted from a superstar winger at UNE Harold Matthews Cup level into an impactful member of the forward pack.

The Australian Schoolboys representative who is also of proud Papua New Guinean heritage, Petrus has made rapid development into the senior ranks at Parramatta while still eligible for Junior Reps.

12. Darcy Smith

Club: Sydney Roosters. Position: Second Row.

Named as the other co-captain for the GIO NSW Under 19s Men, Smith captained the Roosters to the UNE 2026 SG Ball Cup premiership and is highly regarded for his natural leadership qualities.

A strong line-runner with an immense work rate, the hardworking back-rower has led several representative teams throughout his junior career, including NSW City.

Now featuring in The Knock-On Effect NSW Cup, Smith continues to develop as a future star of the game under the guidance of UNE SG Ball Cup coach and true Blue Boyd Cordner, who he shares many similar attributes with.

13. Thomas Dellow

Club: Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks. Position: Lock.

Dellow is a skilful lock forward who continues to rise through the Sharks system.

Earning the honour of captaining the Australian Schoolboys side, he was also named Player of the Tournament at the ASSRL National Championships and remains one of the club’s most highly rated prospects.

Contracted until the end of 2027, Dellow has stepped up to Jersey Flegg Cup after a strong junior representatives campaign and will be on the radar at the club for The Knock-On Effect NSW Cup.

14. Toby Batten

Club: Dolphins. Position: Five-eighth/Halfback.

From Nambucca Heads on the NSW Mid North Coast, Batten is regarded as one of the best up-and-coming playmakers in the country.

After joining the Dolphins pathways system, he has been a consistent performer in the Mal Meninga Cup and continues to progress through the club’s ranks.

A former Australian Schoolboys and North Coast Bulldogs representative, Batten has already featured in NRL trials this year and is currently part of the Dolphins’ extended Queensland Cup squad.

15. Roman Tuaimau

Club: Canberra Raiders. Position: Second Row.

Highly regarded for his high defensive work rate and damaging running style, Tuaimau is an exciting forward prospect who has committed to his development at the Canberra Raiders.

Fast and skilful with his footwork, the young forward grew up playing soccer before making the switch to Rugby League.

Tuaimau earned selection for the Australian Schoolboys team in 2025 and is showing rapid development in Canberra’s senior system.

16. James Finegan

Club: Sydney Roosters. Position: Second Row.

Finegan is carving out his own Rugby League journey coming from a well-known sporting family, with his father Owen a former Wallabies legend.

The edge forward was named Sydney Roosters UNE SG Ball Player of the Year in 2025 and has continued to impress in the 2026 season.

Having most recently scored a grand final double to help the Sydney Roosters claim back-to-back UNE SG Ball Cup premierships, he has been rewarded for his stellar junior representatives form with an NRL train-and-trial contract.

17. Eddy Cayless

Club: Sydney Roosters. Position: Lock.

The son of former Parramatta Eels captain Nathan Cayless, Eddy has emerged as one of the Roosters’ most promising young forwards.

A tireless worker throughout the middle, he has featured across UNE SG Ball Cup, Jersey Flegg Cup and The Knock-On Effect NSW Cup during his development.

His performances earned him a train-and-trial opportunity with the Roosters NRL squad for the 2026 pre-season as the rising lock forward possesses an incredible Rugby League pedigree and is quickly progressing as a future star.

18. Cameron Bamblett

Club: Parramatta Eels. Position: Fullback/Five-eighth.

Bamblett is a highly versatile back-line star developing through the Parramatta Eels.

Initially from the Penrith Panthers system, his versatility, explosive running, game-changing vision and exceptional ball-playing ability makes him the ultimate utility back having played time at both fullback and five-eighth.

The former Australian Schoolboy representative had an outstanding season at fullback for the Eels UNE SG Ball Cup side and been fast-tracked into the Jersey Flegg Cup.

19. Ashton Large

Club: Manly Warringah Sea Eagles. Position: Hooker.

Still only 17, Large has already completed two NRL pre-seasons with the Sea Eagles.

The talented hooker captained some games for the UNE SG Ball Cup side this season and is known for his vision and creativity around the ruck as well as a strong on-field combination with his older brother Onitoni.

His impressive Junior Representatives season was recognised when he claimed the Jake Trbojevic Award for the Junior Male Player of the Year, and Players’ Player for the 2026 season.

20. Talmage Brown

Club: Penrith Panthers. Position: Prop.

An exciting young forward developing through the Penrith Panthers pathways system, the St Dominic’s College product is highly valued for his unrelenting, hard-running style in the middle.

Rewarded UNE Harold Matthews Cup Player of the Year at the Panthers in 2025, he has continued to shine having just played a valuable role in their UNE SG Ball Cup side.

Still only 18 years old, Brown already spent time training with Penrith’s NRL squad and is pushing towards a debut in The Knock-On Effect NSW Cup.

The NSWRL is pleased to announce the following players have been selected to represent the Westpac NSW Under 19s Women for the Under 19s Women’s State of Origin match at North Sydney Oval on Thursday 18 June.

The 20-player squad includes seven players from the Westpac NSW Under 19s Women’s team that defeated Queensland last year.

Logan Fletcher (Sydney Roosters), Khyliah Gray (Parramatta Eels), Liesl Hopoate (Sydney Roosters), Ava Jones (Parramatta Eels), Tori Shipton (Illawarra Steelers), Fontayne Tufuga (Parramatta Eels) and Ella Walker (Penrith Panthers).

The squad has been chosen from players from the NRLW, NSW Women’s Premiership and Westpac Tarsha Gale Cup (Under 19s Women).

The Westpac NSW Under 19s Women are the current Shield holders after winning the Under 19s Women’s State of Origin for the past two years.

Northern Tigers secure maiden Lisa Fiaola Cup

The third time proved to be a charm for the Northern Tigers, taking out the 2026 Westpac Regional Lisa Fiaola Cup in a thrilling Grand Final.

After going down in each Grand Final since the competition’s inception in 2024, the Tigers outlasted the Riverina Bulls 26-18.

The Tigers started strong, carrying a 12-0 lead early on. But the Bulls’ dominant end to the half saw them score 18 unanswered points to enter the sheds with an 18-12 lead.

A tough second half saw the Tigers get themselves back on track as Player of the Match, Tigers five-eighth Ebony Pepperell, put the cherry on top with a try under the posts to seal the premiership.

“We got done by 40-points in a trial against Western Rams before we started the comp. If I am honest, I probably didn’t think we were going to get here,” Northern Tigers coach Luke Taylor said.

“It is a massive credit to these girls, they have been killing it.

“We have got a couple of good leaders in our front row and when they got back onto the field, we went there. But I thought our best player and the gutsiest effort today was Ebony Pepperell.”

The Tigers found first points through a strong run from prop Tia-nara Slater-Saunders.

A handling error from the Bulls saw the Tigers make them pay as Slater-Saunders charged her way through defenders to open the scoring.

Pepperell added the extras as the Tigers held a 6-0 lead.

Another Bulls error just minutes later saw another opportunity come to light for the Tigers.

A beautiful last play kick from Pepperell saw the Bulls struggle to hold onto the high ball, as centre Mary Arandale swooped in on the loose ball, strolling over the line.

Pepperell furthered the Tigers’ lead 12-0.

A penalty 10 metres out gave the Bulls with their best opportunity to get points on the board.

Fishing around the try-line, it was fullback Ruby Douglas who made the break with a left foot step that managed to fool the Tigers line as she gapped her way over.

Converting her own try, the Bulls trailed 12-6.

Just two minutes later the fullback made another impressive stride. 65 metres out, a massive break from Douglas with some footwork and fending got her side level before half-time. Another successful conversion saw things tied up 12-all.

With 50 seconds left on the clock, a Tigers error 10 metres from the Bulls line put them in close range.

Passing left, Peyton Livet delivered as the Bulls took the lead for the first time. With the conversion successful the Bulls entered the sheds in front, 18-12.

“They went into those sheds at half-time with their heads downs down. Being up 12-0 to then down 18-12.

Those 10 minutes leading into half-time just really wasn’t great,” Taylor said.

“She (Pepperell) busted her arm before half-time, and she toughed it out and went back out there for the second half.”

The Tigers ended the Bulls’ try-scoring streak as they found the first points of the second half to get themselves back into the game.

A cut-out pass from Pepperell to Arandale saw her throw off the defence with a little dummy before turning back inside to cross the line. Unable to convert, the Tigers trailed 16-18.

It was Tigers domination to end the second half, scoring two impressive tries to secure the win. Brochtrup managed regain the Tigers’ lead with brave run from dummy-half.

It was the competition’s leading point-scorer, Pepperell, who finished things off with a try of her own. At first receiver from a scrum 10 metres out, Pepperell mastered her way under the posts.

“My arm was sore during the second half, but I worked through it because I wanted to be out there, so I kept pushing,” Pepperell said.

“It feels so good.”

What began as a two-game tour built on culture, community and Rugby League has already reshaped the future of the game in Vanuatu.

It wasn’t just the scoreboard, nor the quality of Rugby League on display that made the NSWRL Under 16s Koori team’s tour of Vanuatu so significant.

It was what happened after the final siren – locals stepping forward asking how they could play, simply because they had seen, up close, how good the game of Rugby League could be.

For Vanuatu Rugby League (VRL), this was more than a tour. It was a turning point.

“The games were amazing – historical,” VRL Vice President David Lolo said.

“Definitely a pinnacle for the VRL history books to have this kind of level of Rugby League here in Vanuatu. It was the first of its kind.”

Lolo, who has been involved in growing the game locally for several years, understands the challenges of developing Rugby League in a country where it remains a minority sport.

“It has been quite challenging,” he said.

“But that’s the sport we love, and we try to do our best to grow it the best we can.”

The arrival of the NSWRL Under 16 Koori team – supported by coaches, staff, families, and NSWRL board members – provided a powerful boost.

Across two matches, local players were exposed to a level of Rugby League rarely seen on the island, while the wider community witnessed what the game could become.

The impact was immediate.

After the first match alone, 10 new players committed to the game, turning up to play in the second and final tour game.

By the end of the second game, men from the community were approaching Lolo, asking how they could join training sessions or help establish a men’s team.

“It was just great for our boys to really be thrown in the deep end against such a quality opposition,” Lolo said.

“There’s lots we can take away and learn from here, but we will digest that all over the coming weeks.”

Beyond the field, the tour delivered meaningful benefits for the local community. The travelling group of more than 30 players and staff took part in school visits, cultural exchanges and communitive activities.

“These are things that go a long way to building the profile of the sport,” Lolo explained.

“Not just for Rugby League, but for all Vanuatu sport.”

NRL First Nations Pathways and Partnerships Manager and NSWRL Under 16s Koori assistant coach Dean Widders said the visit represented exactly what development Rugby League should look like.

“It’s fantastic to be the first team to tour Vanuatu,” Widders said.

“You can see the game is trying to develop over here. There are people who are very passionate about Rugby League, and they want to develop it.”

While the impact on Rugby League in Vanuatu was historic, Widders believes the experience shaped the touring players just as deeply.

“I saw straight away the empathy and gratitude of the boys,” he said.

“The young people on this island – all people on this island – they’re so happy, grateful and live life to the fullest.

“I have been really impressed with the willingness of our boys to get involved and give back to this community, to humble themselves, to show respect, to be grateful and connect with people.

Those lessons will stay with them for life, and it’ll help them a lot in their journeys.”

Lolo said the tour has laid the foundation for something greater than two matches of Rugby League.

“I want to say a really big shout out to NSWRL First Nations side and everyone who got in behind to make this possible,” he said.

“Thank you from the VRL and from the bottom of my heart. This is going to go down in the history books and something that we will look to hopefully build on for the coming years.”

Registrations open for 2026 NSWRL season

Rugby League registrations have opened for 2026 and the NSWRL will be looking for another bumper season after breaking participation records for the third consecutive year in 2025.

There were 122,430 participants who signed up to play Rugby League this season, a 4.1 per cent increase on the 117,557 participants who signed up to play in 2024.

Female participation finished at 33,306, an 11 per cent increase from 29,965 in 2024, while male participants reached 89,124, a 1.7 per cent increase from 87,592 last year.

Female participation now accounts for 27 per cent of total participants.

“The NSWRL enjoyed another record-breaking season for participation in 2025 which is testament to the hard work carried out by our volunteers every year to make the Game for All a positive experience for all participants,” NSWRL Chief Executive David Trodden said.

“The NSWRL recently gave back to grassroots football after announcing that almost $1.4 million would be provided to 12 clubs across the state through the NSWRL Infrastructure Investment Fund to improve grounds and facilities. This will hopefully lead to even more participants playing our great game.

“I encourage everyone to get involved with Rugby League and sign up for the 2026 season as it is an opportunity to learn about teamwork, pick up some new skills and make lifelong friends.”

Rugby League participation in NSW has continued to improve for the past three seasons. In 2023, there were 112,767 participants, an overall increase of almost seven per cent, which consisted of 86,580 male participants and 26,187 female participants.

The 2024 figure of 117,557 participants was a 4.6 per cent increase on the previous season, with male participation up 1.7 per cent and female participation up 14 per cent.

The NSWRL is pleased to announce the following players have been selected to represent a NSW Under 17s invitational team to face UK-based Warrington Under 17s at McCredie Park, Guildford at 11am, Saturday 25 October.

The players have been chosen from NSWRL Junior Representatives competitions, including the metropolitan-based UNE Harold Matthews Cup and regional-based SLE Laurie Daley Cup, and will be coached by former Wests Tigers and Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks dual premiership-winner Chris Heighington.

The team will be based at Sydney Olympic Park and will use facilities at the NSWRL Centre of Excellence as well as train at Tom Wills Oval.

Entry for the NSW Under 17s invitational match is free while it will also be streamed live on NSWRL TV on Bar TV, which is available as a dedicated app on the Apple App store and Google Play store.

NSW U19s Men go down by a point

A brave CABE NSW U19s Men’s side has gone down 23-22 to Queensland in an enthralling battle for the annual Ampol State of Origin honors at Sunshine Coast Stadium tonight.

Queensland led 13-6 at half-time but NSW staged a courageous second half fightback only to have the lead snatched away with five minutes to go.

The match started with Queensland taking control in the first half with and without the ball in hand, dominating through the middle and proving to be a handful for NSW.

Queensland lock Cooper Bai opened the scoring in the ninth minute, barging his way over the line despite best efforts by NSW to hold the player up in goal.

The lead was extended out to 12 points in the next 10 minutes through second rower Zac Garton who dove over in the corner.

Things went from bad to worse for NSW when second rower Jordan Uta was sent to the bin for 10 minutes for a shoulder charge, leaving his team down to 12 men for the remainder of the first half.

Despite being short a player, NSW was the next to hit back through five eighth Toby Rodwell. He passed a short ball out to second rower Jacob Halananghu who crossed, closing the deficit to six.

Doing well to hold Queensland out towards the back end of the half, Queensland halfback Coby Black was able to kick a field goal just before half-time to bring the score to 13-6.

Queensland didn’t take their foot off the pedal early in the second half, putting pressure on the NSW defence before Cody Black found space out on the right edge to cross for Queensland’s third try of the night.

Cleaning up their discipline which continued to plague their attack, NSW marched themselves up the field into Queensland territory before Rodwell kicked on the fifth for fullback Connor Votano to regather and offload to forward Cyrus Stanley-Traill to score.

With the comeback well and truly on, NSW found themselves only trailing by five with 20 minutes remaining.

Off the back of strong attack, NSW once again found themselves only 10m out from the try line and prop Cody Hopwood took full advantage of the field position crashing his way over for a four-pointer.

A great conversion from Votano saw NSW take the lead for the first time in the game.

Holding all the momentum, NSW weren’t done yet, with the left edge making a break down the sideline, the ball was passed to Jaxson Allen who raced away with the ball to bring the score to 22-17.

With five minutes to go, Queensland refused to back down, shifting the ball out to centre Prestyn Laine-Sietu who crossed out wide.

A successful conversion from five eighth Javon Andrews saw Queensland back in front by a point 23-22.

Despite their best efforts, NSW found themselves defending their line for the final minutes of the game, going down by a point at full-time.

NSW U19s Women go back-to-back

The Westpac NSW U19s Women’s team secured back-to-back wins in the annual State of Origin clash after defeating Queensland 26-10 at Sunshine Coast Stadium tonight.

Our stripes run blue

With seven players taking the field from last year’s winning team, NSW once again proved too strong for their counterparts ensuring the shield returns back to Sydney for another year.

The opening 10 minutes saw both sides struggle to complete sets with each team making costly errors however once each team cleaned up their discipline the game turned into set-for-set football.

Queensland found the try line first through prop Reegan Hicks who crashed through the defensive line to score the first four-pointer of the game in the 15th minute.

Despite conceding the first points, NSW bounced back quickly through forward Bronte Wilson who made an immediate impact off the bench, scoring in her first touch of the game.

For the remaining 15 minutes of the half NSW had all the momentum and were marching up the field into Queensland territory with ease.

Five-eighth Evie McGrath added another four points on the board chasing a loose ball – dropped by QLD on the fifth – to regather and score in the corner.

Holding all momentum, NSW made QLD pay once more just before half-time, shifting the ball quickly out left creating an overlap for centre Tyra Ekepati who ran through a hole in the defensive line to score.

A successful conversion goal from fullback Logan Fletcher saw NSW head into half-time with a 16-6 lead.

Queensland came out of the blocks firing to start the second half, and in what felt like déjà vu to the opening 30, they were first to add points to the scoreboard.

Regathering the ball through a lucky bounce of the ball, QLD winger Jennifer Kimber raced 20 metres downfield to score.

Clicking back into gear in the 47th minute, hooker Tori Shipton found space through the middle of the field before offloading to lock Ryvrr-Lee Alo.

Alo raced down field before passing the ball to halfback Kasey Reh who scored under the posts.

Where the Blues fans unite

NSW proceeded to go back-to-back, finding themselves back within 10m of Queensland’s try line before the left edge combined to send winger Maria Paseka over in the corner.

Finding themselves defending their line for the remaining six minutes of the game, NSW proved too strong holding out QLD until the full-time buzzer rang.

NSW Under 19s Men’s State of Origin squad announced

The NSWRL is pleased to announce the CABE NSW Under 19s Men’s squad has been named for the State of Origin Under 19s Men’s match at the Sunshine Coast Stadium in Queensland on Thursday 19 June.

Our Stripes run BLUE

The 20-player squad includes five players from the team that beat Queensland 14-10 at Leichhardt Oval in 2024 – Connor Votano, Hayden Buchanan, Mitchell Woods, Jacob Halangahu and Cody Hopwood – while Zane Harrison was 18th player in 2024.

The team also includes three players from the UNE SG Ball Cup (Under 19s) Premiers Sydney Roosters – Toby Rodwell, Jaxson Allen and Kanaan Magele – and Jezaiah Funa-luta from Grand Finalists Parramatta Eels.

The CABE NSW Under 19s Men will be coached by True Blue Josh Jackson, who coaches the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs in the Jersey Flegg Cup (Under 21s), with True Blues Josh Reynolds, Trent Hodkinson and Dale Finucane appointed as his assistants.

The squad will come into camp on Friday 13 June and train at the NSWRL Centre of Excellence at Sydney Olympic Park before heading to the Sunshine Coast on Monday 16 June.

NSW Under 19s Women’s State of Origin squad announced

The NSWRL is pleased to announce the Westpac NSW Under 19s Women’s squad has been named for the Women’s State of Origin Under 19s match at the Sunshine Coast Stadium in Queensland on Thursday 19 June.

The 20-player squad includes seven players from last year’s team which defeated Queensland 46-4 at Leichhardt Oval in Sydney – Ryvrr-Lee Alo, Indie Bostock, Evah McEwen, Evie McGrath, Maria Paseka, Kasey Reh and Bronte Wilson.

The team includes eight players from Westpac Tarsha Gale Minor Premiers Illawarra Steelers, and five from Premiers Parramatta Eels.

The Westpac NSW Under 19s Women will be coached by Courtney Crawford, who coaches the Illawarra Steelers in the Westpac Tarsha Gale Cup (Under 19s), with Ryan Walker (Parramatta Eels) and Melissa Spero (Sydney Roosters) appointed as her assistants.
